By accessing or using the SysWash platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Use of Service

SysWash provides a cloud-based laundry management system. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform.

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Our service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic cycle (monthly or annually).

• A valid payment method is required to process the subscription.
• Fees are non-refundable except when required by law.
• SysWash reserves the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your business data belongs to you. SysWash acts as a processor to help you manage that data effectively. We implement industry-standard security to protect your information.

4. Prohibited Actions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the SysWash software.
• Using the service to distribute spam or malicious software.
• Bypassing any security measures or rate limits.

5. Limitation of Liability

SysWash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
